Dr. Hassan Zeineddine holds a PhD in computer science from the University of Ottawa in Canada. Lodging at The Meydan Hotel costs between $400 and $1000 for the entire event stay depending on room type. Lodging includes three meals per day. All lodging is on-site at the event center. After purchasing your ticket, you can book your hotel room with the link provided on the confirmation page. You can also book nights before or after the program if you'd like to enjoy an added rejuvenating time at the Meydan Hotel. The cost of lodging is not included in the price of a ticket. All attendees must either stay on-site or purchase an accommodation package near the Meydan Hotel to make access to the event venue easier.

These rates are per person for four nights and include three meals made with care by an awesome chef. The above prices include taxes. For shared rooms, you will be assigned to stay with a person of the same gender, unless you request a specific roommate by sending instructions to firstname.lastname@example.org or through our whatsapp chat.
All meals are included in the cost of lodging. They are served on-site at a beautiful restaurant in the Meydan hotel, an awesome restaurant that sources, prepares, and serves a full menu including local and organic vegetables, organic and local rice, grains, legumes, lightly seasoned local chicken, fish, and steak. If you stay off site you'll need to purchase a Commuter Pass for $200 for the entire event duration to have access to meals.
All attendees arriving at the Dubai International Airport and lodging at the Meydan Hotel on the 14th June 2021 will have access to our prestigious airport pick up. Connect with other attendees before the start of the event while we drive you safely to the hotel.
You should first check if you require a visa to enter the UAE. Should you require a visa, we can process your visa upon request. Visa processing costs $120 per participant and It takes 3 to 7 working days to process it. Attendees should therefore give prior notice to their visa needs at least a month to the event.
